How we helped a designer to migrate his website to Drupal 8 with improved performance.

Project Overview

Abduzeedo or ABDZ (as it is shortly called) is a very popular inspiration platform for designers of all kind. It was founded in 2006 by Fabio Sasso, a Brazilian designer who works for Google. It was started as a personal blog but now has grown into one of the design world’s most sought after blog for inspiration and tutorials. Abduzeedo draws in more than a hundred thousand design enthusiasts a day and almost three million a month.

Requirements and solutions

Abduzeedo is a famous design inspiration blog. The website is run by Fabio Sasso, who is a senior designer at Google Inc., The goal of this project was to migrate the website to Drupal 8. The website was already built in Drupal 7. He approached us to migrate the website over to Drupal 8. The theme and designing was mostly handled by Fabio as he is a designer himself. We migrated all the data of the website over to Drupal 8.
